ADI's Web-based F&I training program is an interactive, user-friendly e-learning program, featuring refined multimedia tools, such as video, voice-over, professional graphics and printable PDF textbooks.
The program is offered in three separate modules, which may be purchased individually to accommodate the schedule of busy professionals, addressing the role of F&I in dealership operations, details of rules and regulations, and the most common finance products (and methods for overcoming customer objections to those).
Students may also enroll in a hybrid program, which includes a week of "live" instruction in nonprime lending at the Scottsdale campus.
ADI will host at least four dealership-exclusive workshops every year, led by Becky Chernek, famed F&I trainer. Topics will be tailored to students' concerns, such as customer service, desking or compliance issues.
In-store consultations allow dealership clients to analyze their operations for any problematic practice. Having identified the source of the ineffective practices, the client may then participate in a customized, instore workshop led by Chernek. The schedule of these workshops may be adapted to accommodate the dealership’s hours of operation with a rotating agenda.
The Encyclopedia of Finance and Insurance Management provides information regarding the automotive industry, especially F&I. Great significance is placed on ethics and compliance.
